HP wants to “invent” the future of how we position services delivery excellence capabilities of our global Fortune 50 company.  HP’s Managed Services business is a growth business with transformational goals. Given the competitive landscape, we need to be more vocal about our enabling technologies, expertise and global reach. The project deliverables include:

  • Competitive market analysis on how HP and HP’s competitors brand and position their services delivery capabilities
  • An end-to-end story, visuals, and presentation materials in a narrative that is differentiating and easy to grasp by clients
  • Global brand, launch and communications plans that tailor the “services excellence” story and visual experience for different targets:  clients, HP sales, partners – by market segments, routes to market, verticals, and geographies
